Successful candidates are outgoing, motivated and fun team players, are available to work evenings and weekends, and love to work with people of all ages, especially children.

Assistant Operations Manager (AOM): In addition to the Shift Manager responsibilities, the AOM is responsible for inventory and health and safety. When the Operations Manager is away, the AOM is responsible for the weekly reports, bank deposits and arcade revenues.

Shift Manager (SM): In addition to the EC responsibilities, Shift Managers are responsible for opening or closing the location and leading shifts. Shift Managers are responsible for maintenance, policy adherence, and performance management. Shift Manager applicants should have experience working in the entertainment/hospitality industries and must have demonstrated team leadership qualities.

Entertainment Coordinator (EC): ECs play the role of a party host, cashier, and golf marshal. ECs are responsible for providing excellent guests service, resolving guest concerns, entertaining guests, cash management, maintaining cleanliness of the location, reporting and health and safety concerns, and upselling additional Putting Edge offerings.
