Our guests come to Putting Edge Fun Centers to have FUN! We need our franchisees to be able to create a FUN environment for our guests and employees. You need to set the tone. A positive outlook, passion for guest service, a “do whatever it takes” mindset and infectious enthusiasm are essential characteristics of a Putting Edge Fun Center franchisee.

Leadership
As a franchisee, you will wear many “hats”: owner, manager, cashier, accountant… The most important role you must embrace is that of a leader. You must be able to motivate, inspire, organize, develop, coach and guide your team in the pursuit of guest service excellence.

Financial Acumen
While we don’t expect you to be an accountant, we do need you to have a keen eye for numbers. Our ability to grow business at Putting Edge Fun Centers relies heavily on our ability to interpret and analyze sales reports, budgets and Profit & Loss statements. We firmly believe in the expression “You can’t manage what you can’t measure”.

Entrepreneurial Spirit
Successful franchisees will have a true pioneer spirit; they don’t just have a dream- they follow through and do whatever it takes to make it happen. Successful entrepreneurs have their head in the clouds and their feet on the ground. When you draw on your many skills, always thinking “outside of the box”, while doing something you love, with passion and perseverance, you are an entrepreneur.
