Location, Location, Location! We will ensure you find the best location for your Putting Edge Fun Center franchise. Our franchise team will conduct a detailed competitor analysis in the area you would like to locate your franchise to ensure that your business is the entertainment destination of choice for area consumers. We will also consider demographics, parking and surrounding business mix. We will provide our unique Fun Center design, mini golf props, and layout guidelines for arcade and redemption games, and will present you with recommended furniture and fixture vendors. We will design all of your store graphics, interior and exterior signage.

Comprehensive Training Program
Our training program was specifically designed to prepare a new franchisee to own and operate a Putting Edge Fun Center. Our Corporate Trainer facilitates an intensive, hands-on two-week training program covering all aspects of running the business. Highlights of the training modules are: Guest Service, POS System, Inventory Management, Health and Safety, Back of House (reporting), Local Marketing, Cash Handling, Birthday Parties and Group Events.

Training for Managers and Staff
The training period does not simply end when the modules are completed. Our trainers, other franchisees and the Support Center are just a phone call away for any ongoing training needs as they arise. We also offer advanced training modules, such as “Up-Selling”, which are continually updated to support our business needs.

Marketing
Our marketing team is ready to assist you in introducing your new Putting Edge Fun Center to your community before you open. Proven strategy and leading-edge techniques are implemented in order to market the Putting Edge Fun Center brand to our target markets. Our in-house graphic designer can produce customized promotional material for every stage of the game; from your Grand Opening to seasonal promotions.

We leverage the strength of our national marketing strategies with innovative local course marketing initiatives designed to appeal to your community. You will be poised to become the “go-to” person for community, school and church events.

Ongoing Support
Our ongoing commitment of support does not end once you become an established franchisee. The Putting Edge Fun Center support team is ready to go “above and beyond’ when you need them. We provide: consultation and visits from our Operations Support team; open communication with our Support Center team; trainer visits and specialty training materials; customized marketing and promotional materials; business review and financial analysis of your Fun Center’s performance; customizable POS system upgrades; and the opportunity to assume a mentor role to new franchisees.
